Help to choose your class

Beginners/Improvers/Experienced: these are classes open to all levels of Pilates experience. They are ideal for a group of friends to work out together even if they are at different fitness level. They are also ideal if it has been some time since your last Pilates class and you would like the option in your class to ease yourself in gradually and pick up the pace when it feels right.
these are Level 1 classes and provide a gentle introduction to Pilates. These classes are designed to teach and re-enforce the principles and basic movements of Pilates. They are ideal for anyone who is new or relatively new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or those who would like a more gentle session.

Improvers:  these are Level 2 classes and are ideal for anyone with three months or more of regular Pilates practice. In these classes we work on building up more stamina in the core and introducing more Pilates based challenges. We also make use of modifications and incorporate props to increase the challenge of specific exercises.
Experienced:  these are Level 3 classes and are ideal for anyone with one year or more of recent Pilates practice, or for Sports Pilates, a good fitness level and participating in sports. We cover the essential Pilates exercises with higher reps at a quicker tempo.  We focus on developing precision, control and flow in this class. We also add movements requiring strength and balance. Props such as the fitness circle, toning balls, flex-band and foam rollers are used to increase the challenge of the essential exercises.
