All Levels: these are classes open to all levels of Pilates experience. They are ideal for a group of friends to work out together even if they are at different fitness level. They are also ideal if it has been some time since your last Pilates class and you would like the option in your class to ease yourself in gradually and pick up the pace when it feels right. Included in our All Levels classes are Pilates for Sports - these classes are ideal for anyone with a good level of overall fitness currently through sports training and fitness.
Level 1: these are suitable for beginners and provide a gentle introduction to Pilates. These classes are designed to teach and re-enforce the principles and basic movements of Pilates. They are ideal for anyone who is new or relatively new to Pilates, returning to Pilates after a break, recovering from an injury, or those who would like a more gentle session.
Level 2: these are ideal for improvers with 3 or more months of regular Pilates practice. In these classes we work on building up more stamina in the core and introducing more Pilates based challenges. We also make use of modifications and incorporate props to increase the challenge of specific exercises.
