Mat Pilates

We have various mat Pilates classes targeted at different Pilates experience levels. Choose the class that most closely matches the amount of current Pilates experience you have. Note that if it is a few years since you last did Pilates, it is advisable to join a beginners or an all levels class to find your feet again.

reformer Pilates

We have various reformer Pilates classes targeted at different reformer Pilates experience levels. Choose the class that most closely matches the amount of current reformer Pilates experience you have. Note that if it is a few years since you did reformer Pilates, it is advisable to join a beginners or an all levels class.
