Earn yourself a free class

It is great working out with people we know. It helps boost motivation, increases consistency, improves results and is more fun! For every person you refer to us that makes a purchase, you earn yourself a free class credit for any group class of your choice.

It is up to you who you refer - they must be a new member - or not attended in the last year (last attendance pre May 2022) and spend at least €50 on group classes.
You could be working on strengthening your back with your Mum, doing shoulder bridges to improve your stability with your golf partner, working on your sports fitness and stamina with your team mate, or getting back to fitness with your friend.

Let us know in your next class if you have referred someone who has joined us. You will then receive a class credit in your membership account. You can choose to use this yourself or nominate someone else to receive it - just let me know.There is no limit on the number of classes you can earn with referrals.
