Our spacious Ballyshannon studio is ideal for all our classes - group mat, Barre, and Pilates reformer. We also have fun non exercise events!

Fully equipped studio

We have an amazing space in what used to be the Parian China Factory in Ballyshannon. We moved into this location in May 2022 and designed the space to facilitate mat Pilates, Barre, and reformer Pilates group classes. Fab feedback from clients on the spaciousness, comfort, and quality of the space and our equipment. Absolutely delighted with the floor which was once the professional basketball court at the Odyssey in Belfast. It was over 20 years old when it was laid in our studio just before we opened.

Beach Pilates Classes

Our Beach Pilates classes are now over for 2024 - back again after Easter in 2025.

On the beach - what to bring

You will just need a beach towel and water for our beach Pilates classes!
