How to keep your body moving when age starts slowing things down

All our classes are designed to build core strength, restore muscle balance, develop stability balance, and maintain and develop flexibility and mobility. We listen to what your needs are and aim to ensure you leave each class a little bit better than when you started.
Our group class membership packs can be used for classes and times that suit you – you don’t lose out if you have to skip a week or so, and for our 6 class membership packs you have 6 months to use your classes, and for the 12 class packs you have 12 months to use your classes.
