How to keep your body moving when age starts slowing things down

All our classes are designed to build core strength, restore muscle balance, develop stability balance, and maintain and develop flexibility and mobility. We listen to what your needs are and aim to ensure you leave each class a little bit better than when you started.
With continued practice all those little bits added together create change to help you hold yourself and help you continue to do the things that are important to you.

In Person class options

Online class options

We offer a wide range of live online classes to enable you to exercise in the comfort of your own home or while you are unable to attend your class in person. Check out our Class Descriptions for details, and for your convenience we have an interactive Online Classes Calendar that shows just the online classes you can use to book your places.

Our group class membership packs can be used for classes and times that suit you – you don’t lose out if you have to skip a week or so, or if you wish to select online for some classes and in person for other classes.
