A one to one class is ideal for anyone wishing to have a gentle introduction to Pilates before joining a group class. It is also used to help work on personal goals such as improving balance, flexibility, muscle strengthening, muscle conditioning, rehabilitation or improved sporting performance.
We link in with local Physiotherapy and Neuromuscular Therapy practitioners to offer individuals a transition from Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy to participating in regular exercise.
We know that people get more out of one to one classes that focus on individual needs. The aim is to keep you active, which in turn will help you feel better. We’re proud to offer first-class teaching designed to help you do just that. Take a look at our calendar below for 1to1 appointments you can book yourself into today.
Pilates reformer training will help you get the most out of your training session.
Prenatal Pilates training is available in our private appointments.
All our classes will incorporate either a mat or chair, and use will be made of small equipement such as weights and stability ball.
We offer a complementary exercise sheet with all our private appointments which outlines some of the moves covered in your session that you may wish to practice between your sessions.
