A one to one class is ideal for anyone wishing to have a gentle introduction to Pilates before joining a group class. It is also used to help work on personal goals such as improving balance, flexibility, muscle strengthening, muscle conditioning, rehabilitation or improved sporting performance.
We link in with local Physiotherapy and Neuromuscular Therapy practitioners to offer individuals a transition from Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy to participating in regular exercise.
Laurena Horn, MCSP, is a Chartered Physiotherapist, registered with the Health Professionals Council who specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of Sports Injuries, Back & Neck problems, and other musculo-skeletal disorders (joint, muscle and ligament pathology).
Gareth Phelan is a qualified therapist with over 25 years’ experience in therapeutic practice. This incorporates physical therapy, sport sociology and pain management studies.
