A one to one class is ideal for anyone wishing to have a gentle introduction to Pilates before joining a group class. It is also used to help work on personal goals such as improving balance, flexibility, muscle strengthening, muscle conditioning, rehabilitation or improved sporting performance. We also offer Private Group training for Clubs and Employers.
We know that people get more out of one to one classes that focus on individual needs. The aim is to keep you active, which in turn will help you feel better. We’re proud to offer first-class teaching designed to help you do just that.
All our classes will incorporate either a mat or chair, and use will be made of small equipement such as weights and stability ball.
We offer a complementary exercise sheet with all our private appointments which outlines some of the moves covered in your session that you may wish to practice between your sessions. Alternatively, you may opt to have a short video of one or two of the moves you worked on in your session.
