How to choose your class

Our classes are designed to cater to a variety of needs, ensuring that everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, can find a class that suits their journey. We offer Mat Pilates and also Reformer Pilates at different levels, see below. In addition we offer Pilates Barre (combination of Pilates and Ballet moves to music). While we do not offer a specific Prenatal Pilates class, all our beginners mat and reformer classes are suitable for prenatal clients.

Note that it is not advisable to start with the most challenging class first without a strong foundation to keep you safe, focused, and ready to progress steadily. If you book into a class level without meeting the required experience for that class, your booking may be cancelled and you may lose your class credit.

mAT PILATES

We offer a range of mat Pilates classes tailored to different experience levels. Choose the class that best matches your current Pilates experience. If it's been a few years since you last did Pilates, we recommend starting with a Beginners or All Levels class to reacquaint yourself with the fundamentals
