This is one of our most popular classes - particularly with students that have become proficient at Pilates and wished to add a challenge to their weekly workouts.

Our Pilates on the Ball Classes work the whole body using Pilates exercises and add stability challenge by incorporating the stability ball.

Adding a stability ball to you Pilates workout makes the body work harder, and improves your whole body health including your cardio vascular system, core strength, mind body connection, stability and balance.

Fitness Level

Ideal for anyone with a good level of fitness and at least 6 months of strong Pilates practice.

Not recommended for anyone with injuries. If in doubt check with your GP before getting started.
