Ben was advised by his physiotherapist to start Pilates to help recover from a sporting injury. His initial focus was to restore strength to his body affected by the injury. Once his body had healed from the injury he continued to do Pilates as he felt it had improved his all over body fitness and made his regular fitness regime stronger and most importantly, injury free.
