How to do exercise classes when you wish to keep your distance?
Our scheduled mat Pilates classes and our Older Adults let's Move Course are available to join in person or online - book your class as normal and then choose to join in person or online. Joining online enables you to exercise at home if that is more convenient.
Our membership packs can be used for classes and times that suit you – you don’t lose out if you have to skip a week or so, or if you wish to select online for some classes and in person for other classes. You may also wish to check out our booking for Private 1to1 Classes.
