Works all your major muscles and joints to help maintain strength, balance, mobility and flexibility.

In particular we work on strengthening the muscles above and below your knees to support your knees.

We have been running private online Chair Pilates for several clubs and organisations since March 2020. 

Delighted that our local Ballyshannon Active Retirement Group has made it one of their regular weekly events.
